The purpose of the level 3 Building Survey is to provide a full and detailed analysis of the the subject property to explain defects, areas of disrepair and anticipated maintenance to ensure you are full informed prior to committing to purchase.
The report is designed to;
-A thorough inspection both internally and externally of all visible and accessible areas
-Identification and explanation of all identified defects
-Assessment of grounds and outbuildings
-valuation can be provided in conjunction with the Level 3 to include Reinstatement/Rebuilt costs for insurance purposes.
